‘There’s nothing on this planet I wouldn’t do for her’: Emotional Molly Mae Haig breaks down in tears as she gushes about her relationship with baby Bambi while recalling the story of Tot’s birth
Molly Mae Haig broke down in tears as she gushed about her relationship with newborn daughter Bambi on Wednesday as she prepared to reveal the story of Tot’s birth.
The former Love Island star and beau Tommyury, both 23, welcomed their first child last month, before revealing they’d named their girl Bambi.
And in her first YouTube vlog since welcoming her baby, Molly May described how her world has changed since giving birth to her daughter, saying “there’s nothing on this planet I wouldn’t do for her.”
The influencer also opened up about not putting pressure on herself to feel “crazy, undying love” for her baby right away, admitting that she was “wary” that her mom struggled with postpartum depression.
As the video begins, Molly Mae is seen cuddling little Bambi before she breaks down into tears just seconds later, telling her fans, “This is me crying all the time, so emotional.”
MOM’S LOVE: Molly Mae Hague broke down in tears as she gushed about her relationship with newborn daughter Bambi on Wednesday as she prepared to reveal the story of Tot’s birth
She told the new mom how she was “really nervous to sit down and make this video,” noting that she hadn’t slept properly for two weeks and also revealed that she was only breastfeeding her baby.
Molly May added that being a father was “the craziest thing that ever happened to me, but also the best thing that ever happened to me — I connected with Bambi on a whole other level!”
Detailing how she didn’t focus on what it felt like to be a mother, Molly May explained, “When I was pregnant, I didn’t pressure myself, the moment I was born, into feeling this undying craziness.” , the magical love that everyone talks about because sometimes it doesn’t come right away.
So I didn’t pressure myself. Also, something I haven’t talked about before is that my mom actually suffered horribly from postpartum depression along with both my sister and me.
It was something I was always very careful about and I didn’t want to put that huge pressure on myself to have Bambi and be literally infatuated and loved.
However, Molly May said afterwards that she felt so much love for her daughter right away, explaining: “The moment she was born, I connected with her on a whole other level.”
Then she started crying again as she continued: “The love I feel for this baby, I’m going to talk about it emotionally and I don’t want to be that annoying new mom but… oh my God.
When I look at her, the only way I can describe her is that there is literally nothing on this planet that I wouldn’t do to her. I would literally take a bullet for it.
