Kim Kardashian has obtained a restraining order against a man she says showed up at her home and sent her a diamond ring

Kim Kardashian was granted a temporary restraining order on Tuesday that she said showed up at her home on more than one occasion, called his wife and sent her a diamond ring, among other unwelcome gestures.

the reality star, 42 — who has had to deal with numerous stalkers through the legal system over the years — said in court documents he reviewed. TMZ That the man, whose name is Jomoni Victor Ziegler, first started contacting her last month.

Kardashian told the court, via her attorney Sean Holly, that security stopped Ziegler, 28, when he went to her home on numerous occasions and posted lewd messages about her online while she was calling his wife.

Kardashian said that Ziegler also sent items to her residence such as a ring and hotel room keys, and that he had a criminal background related to weapons and threats made.

The mother-of-four told the court she suffered emotional distress amid a build-up of unwanted advances from Ziegler. A hearing is scheduled for next month in the matter.

Kardashian last month received a five-year restraining order against a man named Andre Persaud, who said he was able to communicate with the reality star “telepathically,” TMZ mentioned.

Kardashian told the court that Persaud, whom she had never met, showed up at her home three times in August of 2022, and that she feared the situation could escalate into violence.

A Los Angeles judge ordered Persaud to have no contact with Kardashian, to keep within 100 yards of her, to own or possess any firearms, and to turn the weapons he had on to the authorities.

Kardashian isn’t the only one in her family dealing with the downside of fame, as a number of her relatives have sought help through the legal system to deal with people they said were interfering with their private lives.

They include her sisters Kourtney Kardashian, Kendall Jenner, and Kylie Jenner, as well as her mother, Kris Jenner. Khloe Kardashian also spoke about the unwanted attention on a 2017 episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians, where she and Kendall visited a gun range for shooting practice, but ultimately didn’t buy any firearms.

“This is something we feel we need to do so we can sleep better at night,” she said.
