Mark Wright broke down in tears when he went live on Thursday this morning as he recalled his attempt to save a man’s life.

The former TOWIE star, 35, has told how he tried to perform CPR on a man at a hotel he was staying at while on vacation but was unfortunately too late to keep him alive.

Mark explained He and his wife, Michelle Keegan, arrived at the hotel for their flight and were approached by a woman “in shock” about her husband having collapsed.

Touched by Mark’s emotion when he recalled the incident, he said, “I did the best I could – it was there for a while before I got there.”

He wasn’t necessarily alive when I gave him CPR, but he let the ambulance put him on life support, and take a few breaths.

“He was not declared dead while he was in my arms.”
