A Lancaster man was accused of inappropriately touching a child
LANCASTER, Pennsylvania (WHTM) — A Lancaster man has been charged with allegedly inappropriately touching a child.
According to the Mannheim Town Police, Georg Kwok was charged with multiple felonies after a victim reported Kwok touching them inappropriately.
The victim alleged that Cook bribed them with a computer game and stayed overnight at Cook’s house several times as they slept in Cook’s bedroom.
Cook was charged with involuntary sexual contact with a child, indecent assault of a child, unlawful contact with a minor, indecent assault and corrupting a minor.
Cook was transferred to the Lancaster County Jail on December 5 and posted $50,000 bond.
