NEWBURY TOWNSHIP, Pennsylvania (WHTM) – A Manchester, York County man has been arrested following a child pornography investigation.
According to Newberry Township Police, 31-year-old Miles Howell was arrested after the Police Department’s Criminal Investigation Unit executed a search warrant at Howell’s home. The search warrant resulted in many photos and videos allegedly containing child pornography.
Hoyle was accused of:
- Two counts of child sexual abuse – filming, videotaping, etc. sexual acts
- Three counts of child sexual abuse – child pornography
All of the above charges are felonies. Howell was arraigned by Judge Scott Gross and his bail was set at $15,000.
