The first pictures of Emily have been released in Paris for season 3
The photos suggest that the love triangle between Emily, Gabriel, and Alfie will continue from the previous season as the lead appears with both suitors in the photos. Lucien Laviscount, who played Alfie, a recurring character in season two who became Emily’s love interest, has been reported to have been upgraded to series regular. The triangle would definitely add more chaos to Emily’s life.
Meanwhile, it seems her friendship with Mindy is still going strong, and her fashion game is still in order. Camille’s infidelity also appears to be a thing of the past now, as she was seen smiling with Emily and Mindy in one of the photos.
In another photo, Sylvie, Julian, and Luke are standing in front of a building that looks like the office of Sylvie’s new marketing company after she left Savoir at the end of the previous season.

The new season may delve into Emily’s past
Series creator Darren Star previously joked about his willingness to delve deeper into Emily’s past in upcoming seasons. “I really love how Emilie has become more accommodating of French culture and love seeing this evolution and transformation of someone who made Paris their home and how that changes them,” Starr said in an interview.
“What we haven’t really seen—except for Madeleine, we get a little bit about—is how attached Emily is to the people she left behind and how being abroad for a longer time changes her relationship with her home,” he continued.
Emily premiered in Paris in 2020 and immediately became a fan favorite. The show received multiple Emmy and Golden Globe nominations over its two seasons. Aside from the upcoming third installment, Netflix has already ordered a fourth season for the show as well.
